Thirty three amazing Cottages within walking distance from and to Otter Bay Ferry terminal.

Otter Bay Marina

Situated in the heart of the Gulf Islands, Otter Bay Marina is the perfect stop on a multi-port cruise or as an exciting destination for all boaters in the Salish Sea and beyond. Whether boating as a couple, with kids, or as a group, you and your guests will enjoy a variety of services and activities, as well as unrivalled access to discovering the rest of the island.

Games Room and Children's Playground

Plenty of activities, play in the games room or let the children play in our playground.

Cafe, Gift Shop, Store

Eat your lunch at the cafe. The gift shop and store features: basic groceries, clothing, fresh food prepared each day at the counter, patio seating, and a fine artwork and wares showcasing local talent. Fresh baking in the mornings goes along great with our fine cappuccino (seasonal).

Swimming Pools, Water Activities and Courts

Two heated swimming pools to soak in water and sun (Open seasonally from the May long weekend until Thanksgiving). Boat and kayak launch for adventures and sightseeing. Badminton courts and two tetherball courts for your daily dose of exercise.

Pender Island Golf Course

Pender Island Golf Course - One of B.C.’s most beautiful 9 hole public golf courses. This Gulf Island Jewel offers four elevated tee boxes and affords expansive views of the challenging golf shots that lie ahead. The course is deceptively challenging, with 6 separate tees for the back nine, yet it is a great recreation destination course for all handicappers.

The signature #8 hole features 2 elevated tee areas and plays 230 yards over water to an undulating 3 tiered green. A replica of the stone bridge at St Andrews is a feature of this hole, with extensive rock work on both the 8th and 9th holes adding to the spectacular setting. With bald eagles soaring high above the valley layout….. it’s hard to imagine a more enjoyable situation for a round of golf.

This golf course is located 15 minutes walk from the marina. No tee times are required and the marina provides a shuttle service to and from for $5.00 per person.
