Ferry Transportation

There are plenty of options when sailing to North Pender’s OtterBay via the SwartzBay terminal south of Victoria on Vancouver Island. Some are direct routes while others make stops at Galiano, Mayne and/or Saturna islands. Travellers from the BC mainland can catch morning ferries seven days a week from Tsawwassen. The two-hour passage includes stops on Galiano and Mayne islands and docks at Otter Bay which is a 10 minute walk to Currents Living should you decide to walk instead of bringing a car.

Air Transportation

Seaplanes arrive daily at the Port Washington wharf on North Pender. This 20 minute ride from the VancouverAirport, South Terminal lands at Port Washington.  We can arrange for a cab to pick you up upon your arrival and drive you to the Currents.
